TAWAJUD is a LLB holder from the University of Dar Es Salaam. She is a practicing Advocate of the High Court in Tanzania Mainland who specializes in Litigation, Employment, and Labour Law. She is currently holding the position of the Senior Sector Head at KKB Attorneys At Law.  

She has exceptional knowledge in employment operations, eg disciplinary and grievance issues, human resource administration, and labor disputes whereby she mediates the relationship between workers and employment entities.
