Mr. Seif A. Seif is a prominent Tanzanian entrepreneur and visionary leader, renowned for his transformative contributions to various industries in Tanzania. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Engineering, which has allowed him to skillfully merge technical expertise with strategic business acumen. Mr. Seif co-founded the Super Group of Companies at a young age, and under his leadership, the conglomerate expanded into diverse sectors, including agriculture, automobile manufacturing, and logistics.

As Executive Chairman of the Super Group, Mr. Seif has played a pivotal role in advancing Tanzania's sugar industry, modernizing agriculture, and elevating the country’s manufacturing standards. His leadership in Kagera Sugar Limited and Mtibwa Sugar Estates Limited transformed both companies into regional leaders post-privatization, contributing significantly to Tanzania’s economic growth and job creation.

Mr. Seif’s impact extends beyond business. He has served as Chairman of the Tanzania Truck Owners Association and was recently appointed President of the Michelin Importers Advisory Council, where he guides strategic decisions for the African tyre industry. A champion of sustainability, he also chairs the National Steering Committee on Environmental Conservation, actively addressing climate change.
