Executive Director, UN Global Compact local chapter (Global Compact Network Tanzania).

Marsha is a scientist with over 30 years’ experience in pharmacy profession and health sector at large 
through her management and planning aptitude. She has contributed in Health Systems strengthening, 
led negotiations, resolved conflicts, spearheaded scientific and regulatory affairs, corporate 
communication and Public Affairs. Marsha has worked extensively on HIV/AIDS, Malaria in Communities, 
Nutrition, Leadership and Sustainability.

She has more than 15years work experience in the space of sustainability. She has worked extensively in 
the space of sustainability through the concept of creating shared value. She has solid content and context 
as far as Agenda 2030, Agenda 2063 and ESG are concerned.
