David KafulilaPPP Commisioner

Under the Ministry of Finance and Planning, David Kafulila is the Commissioner of Public-Private Partnerships in Tanzania's mainland. Tanzania's PPP Commission encourages private sector participation in achieving socioeconomic development through investments. Kafulila formerly served as Regional Commissioner for Tanzania's Simiyu region from 2021 to 2022. He is well-known for his work as a business and economic analyst. He was invited as a speaker at the most recent Tanzania-EU Business Forum.
